About The Position
The Order Collection & Services Specialist seeks to improve the vehicle Order to Delivery (OTD) process, working with teams across multiple disciplines including Markets, Business Centers, Scheduling, Manufacturing, Quality, and Logistics to ensure efficient order flow. Main duties include addressing outlier and ageing orders, identifying process improvements, coordinating with status owners to resolve OTD issues, supporting scheduling systems so vehicle orders match programs and allocations and presents to key leadership frequently. Additionally, the specialist supports the team in resolving key issues, communicates with cross-functional business partners, and processes order edits or conversions as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- 5+ years experience in the automotive, OEM or similar industry
- Previous experience in Supply Chain Management, Engineering Releasing and BOM, Material Logistics, or similar discipline
- Prior experience interacting with multi-disciplinary and operational teams
- Extremely organized, good planner, independent and detail oriented
- Proven analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work with and lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask within tight deadlines
- Excellent presentation skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Stellantis systems and processes, including supply chain, change management, logistics and demand planning
- Advance user of Microsoft Excel
