The Order Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering and managing retail customer orders within company systems. This role supports daily operations by ensuring order details are complete, accurate, and processed within established timelines. Working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, this role reviews incoming orders, determines order type and priority, and enters orders into the appropriate systems. The role also includes identifying and resolving discrepancies and working with internal teams to keep orders moving efficiently. Success requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to manage high-volume work while maintaining accuracy and quality. This is a remote, work-at-home position.
