In this role, you will carefully review our premium window and door replacement purchase orders with exceptional attention to detail, product knowledge, and overall accuracy. Your work directly supports a seamless installation process and plays a key role in delivering an excellent experience for our homeowners.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least 2yrs of Data Entry Experience
  • At least 2yrs of Administrative Experience (Preferably within the Operations Industry)
  • Excellent attention to detail to minimize errors in inventory, billing, and customer data.
  • Ability to maintain high-speed typing and navigation of alphanumeric data for proficiency.
  • Ability to reconcile orders, identify discrepancies, and investigate inconsistencies.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to manage interdepartmental coordination with sales, logistics, and customer support.
  • Familiarity with purchase orders, invoicing, and shipping documentation.
  • Dependability and the ability to manage confidential data.
  • Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check

  • Quality Assurance & Warehouse Inventory Maintenance Experience is Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Create, review, and process window and door replacement purchase orders.
  • Configure products with precision while meeting established cycle time expectations.
  • Communicate with manufacturers regarding product specifications, feasibility, and order details.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation across all internal systems for product and material ordering and tracking, helping to support our warehouse inventory control.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively across all departments to ensure an excellent customer experience.
