About The Position

We are seeking an Account Services Representative with extensive order processing experience. This role involves processing multiple daily order entry and billing transactions with an extremely high level of detail. You will be responsible for resolving issues, maintaining customer accounts, and communicating directly with the sales force, internal departments, and clients to resolve any issues related to orders, billings, accounts receivable, and returns.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in customer or account management.
  • Experience with order processing and ERP systems like Oracle.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Strong organizational, customer service, and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Process multiple daily order entry and billing transactions with precision.
  • Resolve issues efficiently and maintain customer accounts.
  • Communicate directly with sales force, internal departments, and clients to resolve order-related issues.
  • Utilize ERP systems like Oracle to support order processing.
  • Use MS Office Excel and Outlook for various tasks.
  • Assess customer needs and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Organize and follow up on customer service tasks.
  • Maintain composure in stressful situations and demonstrate strong phone skills.
  • Accurately enter data and generate reports.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment and be willing to work beyond standard hours when needed.
