Orientation Coordinators (OC) are expected to plan and implement the Orientation Leader (OL) training. This includes but is not limited to leading activities and creating documents for a successful training week. The OCs will lead a group of 6-10 OLs through the training week and New Student Orientation (NSO). During NSO, OCs will be expected to set up for a variety of events for the new students and create an open channel of communication from the Director of Student Activities and Leadership Development to all other orientation student staff.
