Requirements

PUBLIC SPEAKING SKILLS REQUIRED.
Customer service skills.
Intermediate level computer skills Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel knowledge required
Strong attention to detail with the ability to concentrate and focus.
Demonstrated experience where accuracy and quality are the strict standards.
Good organizational skills.
Works well independently and in a team environment.
Must be available to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

Will present orientation class no less than 2 days per week.
Review resumes and conduct phone screens, schedule/coordinate onsite interviews, review candidate applications within the HR recruiting system, conduct pre-employment screenings, schedule new hires for orientation, facilitate post-employment requirements (I-9 E-verify, tax credit questionnaire, etc.), coordinate and attend internal/external hiring events as needed, and may perform other duties as assigned.
