About The Position

Join City Wide Facility Solutions as an Outside Sales Executive! Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth? City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic Outside Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions through our facility maintenance services. This territory includes, but is not limited to, the areas of Katy, Sugar Land, Richmond, Cypress, and neighboring west-side communities along the I-10, Westpark Tollway, and Grand Parkway (99) corridors. The Outside Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business and managing existing client relationships across these markets, calling on prospects in light industrial, commercial, medical, retail, and office settings. The territory is primarily field-based, requiring frequent in-person visits, local travel throughout the west Houston suburbs, and proactive engagement with decision-makers to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outside B2B sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and lead generation.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present our services effectively to potential clients.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiations and closing.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
