Package Specialist - Oracle Business Analytics
About The Position
CTG is seeking to fill a Package Specialist - Oracle Business Analytics position for our client in Dallas, TX. Duration: 12 months Duties: Lead functional and technical solution delivery for Oracle Utilities applications, primarily CCB and C2M (Customer to Meter). Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications. Conduct gap analysis to compare current-state systems with desired functionality. Design, configure, and implement solutions across Oracle Utilities modules, including Billing, Payments, Customer Service, and Meter-to-Cash processes. Develop functional design documents and solution documentation for development teams. Support SIT and UAT testing phases, including issue resolution and technical/functional guidance. Conduct end-user engagement sessions and deliver training workshops. Collaborate closely with client stakeholders in a customer-facing capacity.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Oracle Utilities CCB and C2M applications
- Proficiency in OUAF components such as Maintenance Object, Business Object, Algorithms, Scripts, Zones, and Business Services
- Deep knowledge of Market Transactions, Billing, Payments, Customer Service, and Metering processes
- 6-8+ years of hands-on work with Oracle Utilities applications, mainly CCB and C2M
- Demonstrated experience in solution design, configuration, development, and implementation within Oracle Utilities
- Proven success producing high-quality functional design documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required

- Java and Groovy development skills
- Experience as an Oracle Utilities C2M Techno-Functional Consultant with strong client-facing capabilities
