About The Position

Job Summary Perform setup, mixing, filling, operation and troubleshooting of semi-automated filling equipment used to fill syringe orders.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of packaging equipment a plus, experience including but not limited to: syringe consumables, dispensers, scales, centrifuges, dispensers, sealers, and labelers.
  • Experience in laboratory production conditions and clean room a plus.
  • Knowledge of MRP & ERP systems a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform setup, mixing, filling, operation and troubleshooting of semi-automated filling equipment used to fill syringe orders.
  • Perform the job in a cleanroom environment requiring cleanroom gowning.
  • Perform setup/operations/troubleshooting of labeling equipment and semi-automated equipment used to fill syringes.
  • Perform in-process sampling on the packaging line, ensuring that product quality adheres to approved specifications.
  • Perform job responsibilities following standard operation procedures (SOPs).
  • Identify and support the implementation of continuous improvement and OEE initiatives.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
