About The Position

Perform setup, mixing, filling, operation and troubleshooting of semi-automated
filling equipment used to fill syringe orders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of packaging equipment a plus, experience including but not limited to: syringe consumables, dispensers, scales, centrifuges, dispensers, sealers, and labelers.
• Be articulate and able to work collaboratively, both internally and externally, as a team player.
• Accept direction and supervision, while possessing the initiative to make independent decisions.
• Possess the highest levels of personal and professional integrity.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Work meticulously, neatly, precisely and with a high level of accuracy.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in laboratory production conditions and clean room a plus.
• Knowledge of MRP & ERP systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform the job in a cleanroom environment requiring cleanroom gowning.
• Perform setup/operations/troubleshooting of labeling equipment and semi-automated equipment used to fill syringes.
• Perform in-process sampling on the packaging line, ensuring that product quality adheres to approved specifications.
• Perform job responsibilities following standard operation procedures (SOPs).
• Identify and support the implementation of continuous improvement and OEE initiatives.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
