About The Position

The Royer Packaging Manager is responsible for managing our packaging processes and ensuring that finished products are packaged efficiently and meet all quality standards.

Responsibilities

Manage packaging leads and team members to ensure work is completed efficiently and effectively.
Ensure packaging processes adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
Coordinate with other departments (such as production and quality assurance) to ensure the timely completion of packaging tasks.
Train new packaging employees on equipment usage, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve packaging effi ciency and reduction of errors.
Assist in overseeing inventory levels and order packaging materials as needed.
Organize and schedule packaging shifts and monitor employee attendance.
Resolve packaging issues and communicate any problems or delays to management.
Verify all labeling and packaging of work orders are correct with customer purchase orders.
