Broadcast media particularly TV and radio-is a cornerstone of our growth strategy. We invest heavily in both short-form advertising and program-length paid programming to educate consumers and generate high-quality leads. We are seeking a driven and analytical Paid Media & Marketing Automation Specialist to execute and optimize paid media strategies while leveraging marketing automation platforms to maximize lead quality and lifecycle performance. Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing high-budget digital marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on lead generation (e.g., Search, Display, Discovery, Video for conversion).
  • Google Ads and Meta Expertise: Deep, proven expertise in all facets of Google Ads and Meta campaign management including YouTube (setup, bidding strategies, keyword research, ad creation, budget pacing, and optimization). Google Ads certifications required.
  • HubSpot Expertise: Strong working knowledge of HubSpot marketing automation, workflows, lifecycle management, campaign attribution, reporting dashboards, and CRM integration with paid media campaigns.
  • Data-Minded: Highly analytical with the ability to interpret complex performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions quickly and autonomously.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude, ready to execute strategy and contribute constructively to a dynamic marketing team.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with managing and optimizing Google Business Profile (GBP) • Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup and troubleshooting • Prior experience managing campaigns across multiple distinct geographic regions • Experience with regulatory compliance a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field • Experience in digital media roles within the financial services industry • Experience integrating HubSpot with CRM platforms such as Creatio or Salesforce • Proficiency in project management tools and processes

Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Campaign Execution & Management: Take ownership of the day-to-day execution, monitoring, and management of Google Ads campaigns and Meta Paid Ads.
  • Optimization & Monitoring: Conduct daily performance monitoring and implement tactical optimizations to improve campaign efficiency, quality, and scale across multiple geographic regions.
  • Campaign Setup & Testing: Be responsible for the end-to-end setup of new campaigns and ad groups. Design and execute rigorous A/B testing (ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies) to continuously improve KPIs.
  • Marketing Automation & HubSpot Management: Leverage HubSpot extensively for marketing automation, lead management, lifecycle stage tracking, and campaign attribution. Build and optimize workflows, forms, landing pages, and lead routing processes to ensure seamless integration between paid media campaigns and the sales funnel.
  • Lead Funnel Optimization: Monitor and optimize the entire lead funnel, from ad click through CRM conversion, ensuring high lead quality, efficient nurturing, and clear attribution across campaigns.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular, detailed performance reports focusing on key lead generation metrics (CPL, Conversion Rate, ROI, and pipeline contribution). Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for the Digital Marketing Strategist and Creative Director.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Marketing Strategist to execute strategy, contribute to media plans, and ensure paid media initiatives align with overarching business goals.
  • AI Utilization: Increase productivity and campaign effectiveness through strategic use of LLMs and AI-powered marketing tools.
  • Platform Maintenance: Maintain and optimize supporting digital assets, including Google Business Profile (GBP) and review management.
  • Tracking & Attribution: Ensure accurate tracking and data integrity across campaigns using Google Tag Manager (GTM), HubSpot tracking tools, and platform conversion APIs.
