About The Position

JustFab is currently looking for a Paid Media Specialist This position will report to the Sr. Manager, Media. Key Responsibilities: Media Management & Optimization Build, launch, and manage media campaigns across major platforms including, but not limited to, Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and other emerging channels, with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new platforms Strong understanding of acquisition and bottom-funnel metrics Optimize campaigns to achieve CAC/CPA targets and spend goals in alignment with overall financial plan Monitor paid media performance in real time, identify emerging trends, and quickly capitalize on opportunities or address performance declines Testing & Learning/Data Analysis Identify opportunities to test new ad formats, placements, audience strategies, and emerging platform features Develop and manage structured testing roadmaps Continuously iterate on testing frameworks to improve efficiency, scale, and overall campaign performance Troubleshoot campaign, tracking, or performance issues and partner with internal teams to resolve them quickly Analyze data from platform UIs, internal dashboards, and tools such as Tableau and Amplitude to understand performance drivers, actionable insights and recommend strategic improvements Translate findings from marketing mix modeling platforms into actionable media optimizations Share key learnings and performance updates with internal team and stakeholders Experience with pixel implementation and tag management is a plus! Cross Collaboration Meet regularly with media platform representatives to review performance, identify opportunities, and stay informed on new product rollouts and best practices Partner closely with the creative team to develop and iterate on new creative concepts Collaborate with the influencer marketing team to prioritize testing of user-generated micro-influencer content Partner with the merchandising team to ensure top buys and high-priority styles are reflected in ads Other Occasionally work flexible hours, especially during Q4, to adapt to the real-time nature of media

Requirements

  • 3+ years of work experience in paid media or advertising
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, including intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Proven ability to multi-task and deliver exceptional results in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Must possess curiosity, self-motivation, and a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Ecommerce or subscription experience is a plus
  • Four-year degree in business, marketing, journalism or a related discipline
  • Experience with pixel implementation and tag management is a plus!
