Process Technician II Job Duties Allen Bradley PLC programming, Studio 5000, RS Logix 500, RS Logix 5000. Fanuc Robotics Programming. Develop & implement system reports. Revise equipment programs as necessary to support manufacturing process improvements. Function as a liaison with manufacturing engineering, maintenance, production supervision for equipment control issues. Troubleshoot hardware & software issues as needed. Develop & integrate operator interfaces between manufacturing networks and users. Support daily shop floor operations, resolving production issues, quality problems, and implementing process improvements. Activies may include generating N/C programs, participating in review of rejected parts to determine disposition and further action. Estimate and calculate standard times. Structure and verify bills of materials. Update process documentation. Submit maintenance requisitions. Assist with machinery and equipment installation. Perform analysis, data collection, and documentation of manufacturing processes. Analyze, recommend, and implement layout and workflow improvements consistent with lean manufacturing methodologies. Assist with workstation and line layouts, balancing of work content, determination of labor requirements, material handling and storage solutions, process documentation, and operator training. Operate scissors lift while working at heights up to 35'.
