About The Position

Cathedral High School in Indianapolis, an independent Catholic college preparatory high school in the Holy Cross Tradition, is seeking a Parent Engagement Coordinator, strengthening parent engagement while supporting enrollment and onboarding efforts. Rooted in Cathedral's Catholic Holy Cross mission, the Parent Engagement Coordinator develops and manages parent-focused initiatives that support families, strengthen student well-being, and build strong connections among parents and with the school. Reporting through the Admissions Office, this role serves as a central point of connection between prospective families, current families, and the school community, advancing parent engagement, outreach, and formation that plays a key role in supporting Cathedral's enrollment efforts. The coordinator oversees and expands established parent programs such as Moms in Prayer, Mother's Club, Fraternitas, while evaluating opportunities to introduce additional parent groups based on data, feedback, and emerging needs. As part of the Admissions team, the coordinator works closely with the counseling department, freshmen experiences, campus ministry, and other departments, and serves as an additional contact for prospective families. The role supports new students as well as family retention and re-enrollment by bolstering parent connection, belonging, and confidence in Cathedral's mission and values.
