About The Position

Altitude Trampoline Park is seeking a motivated and community-driven Part-Time Community Engagement & Outreach Director to expand our local partnerships and drive group bookings. This role focuses on building relationships with schools, churches, youth sports leagues, and community organizations to increase awareness and generate events at the park. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and well connected in the community. This position combines community relations, event promotion, and business development.

Requirements

2–3 years experience in community outreach, marketing, sales, or event promotion preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable networking with schools, churches, and community leaders
Highly organized and self-motivated
Reliable transportation required

Nice To Haves

Experience working with youth programs or community organizations is a plus
Candidates with strong local connections in Cary or Wake County are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Develop partnerships with local schools, PTA groups, and administrators to secure spirit nights, fundraisers, and student reward events.
Build relationships with churches and youth ministries to organize youth nights, group events, and recurring partnerships.
Engage with youth sports leagues, AAU teams, and recreation programs to promote team celebrations and group parties.
Represent the park at community events, tournaments, and festivals to promote the brand and generate leads.
Maintain an active outreach pipeline by tracking meetings, partnerships, and group bookings.
Work closely with park management to coordinate event scheduling and promotions.
