About The Position

Southeast Kelloggsville Elementary 5.75 Hours Per Day [28.75 Hours Per Week] Monday-Friday Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Bilingual preferred; Duties/Skills/Qualifications: Ability to provide a clean, attractive, safe and efficient place for learning and instruction; Ability to learn how to work with simple machinery and cleaning equipment; Good attendance and punctuality; Strong ability to multi-task and detail orientated; Must be able to work in all environments; hot, cold, rain, snow; Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; Ability to relate and work effectively with parents, staff, students, and the public in a multicultural and multiracial community; Knowledge and awareness of own cultural identity and how this influences behavior, and desire to learn about the cultural identity of others; Ability to relate and work effectively with parents, staff, students, and the public in a multicultural and multiracial community; Knowledge and awareness of own cultural identity and how this influences behavior, and desire to learn about the cultural identity of others; Ability to establish and nurture an environment that promotes cultural competence and equitable treatment of staff, students, and patrons of the District; Ability to recognize that each person is a unique individual even as we celebrate their group cultural heritage; Benefits/Working Conditions: Per KESS Agreement; Application Process: Please apply through SchoolSpring https://kentclassroomcareers.schoolspring.com/
