Requirements

  • Applicant must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • (A driving history check will be completed as part of the application process.)
  • Applicants must be at least 16 years and older.
  • Note - any seasonal worker hired under the age of 18 cannot drive with a passenger.
  • Applicants shall have a reliable form of transportation to work and are required to be on time.
  • A desire to work for JCPRD, an honest commitment to do your best, if you have skills already fantastic, however we do on-the-job training.
  • JCPRD requires reference/background screening for all positions.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, cleaning facilities, landscape planting and maintenance, sanitation collection and disposal, turf and flower care, special projects, and grounds maintenance etc.
  • Part time Park Workers may operate equipment and trucks as trained, assigned, and licensed.
  • Some weekends and holiday schedules will be assigned.
