About The Position

Our Partner Growth and Development Manager will be responsible for leading the acquisition and expansion of strategic partners to drive growth and revenue. In this dual role, you will be responsible for both signing new strategic partners and growing existing partnerships to drive adoption, transaction volume, and revenue. This role works cross-functionally to identify opportunities for our SMB and Enterprise channels, build go-to-market initiatives, and ensure long-term partner success. Your goal is to increase partner opportunity, performance, strengthen collaboration, and align partner activities with our company’s strategic objectives. Additionally, to help support your efforts, you will have access to a robust, state-of-the-art tech stack including ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Highspot, and Crayon designed to support prospecting, competitive analysis, and strategic engagement.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in partner development and management
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and growth through strategic partnerships
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, interpersonal skills
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B environment
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong) and partner management platforms
  • Understanding of channel sales, partner enablement

Responsibilities

  • Partner Development: Identify, source, and close new strategic partnerships
  • Partner Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with key strategic partners, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Revenue & Growth Strategy: Identify and execute growth opportunities within the partner ecosystem to increase revenue, market share, and customer adoption.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, setting KPIs and providing regular reporting and insights.
  • Enablement & Support: Work with internal teams to equip partners with the resources, training, and support needed for success.
  • Co-Marketing & Co-Selling: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design joint campaigns and sales initiatives with partners.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and a seamless partner experience.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor movements, and partnership opportunities to inform strategy.
