About The Position

The Marketing Partnership Specialist is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role collaborates with internal marketing, sales, and product teams while building relationships with external partners such as brands, influencers, agencies, media outlets, and affiliate networks. The ideal candidate is both strategic and relationship-driven, with strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills. The person in this role will report to the senior manager of marketing operations.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in: partnerships, business development, marketing, or brand collaborations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including effective negotiation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • Experience with influencer marketing, affiliate programs, brand partnerships, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Experience managing co-marketing campaigns or sponsorships.
  • Experience with budget and ROI management.

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage partnership assets and provide updates on utilization.
  • Manage marketing partners and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners aligned with company goals and target audiences.
  • Develop partnership proposals, sponsorship opportunities, and co-marketing campaigns.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, deliverables, and performance expectations.
  • Coordinate ongoing communication and ensure partnership commitments are fulfilled.
  • Plan and execute joint marketing initiatives such as co-branded activations, campaigns, events, promotions, and content collaborations.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to integrate partnerships into broader campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance using marketing metrics such as impressions, conversions, engagement, and ROI.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, sales, commercialization, and operations to ensure alignment of partnership initiatives.
  • Identify new partnership channels including affiliates, creators, communities, and media.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
