About The Position

As Partnerships Director at Sweatpals, you'll be the confident catalyst sparking transformative partnerships across your assigned territory. This senior role is for a bold builder who's ready to challenge the old rules and clear the way for new ones. You'll ignite exclusive relationships with established fitness businesses, showing them how to get out of their heads and into motion. You're not here to follow the playbook—you're here to rewrite it. Working with SDRs and cross-functional teams, you'll prove that when passion meets platform, isolated business owners become empowered entrepreneurs. This is about turning the frustration of the day-to-day into fuel for discovery, movement, and building something better. Requirements

  • 8-10 years of successful B2B sales experience in SaaS or marketplace businesses
  • Proven track record closing enterprise deals worth $30K+ in annual contract value
  • Track record of exceeding $1.5M+ annual quotas
  • Experience selling to fitness, wellness, or hospitality industries
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen with ability to build compelling financial models
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and executive presence
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Experience working with or managing SDR resources
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree in business or related field
  • Existing relationships within your territory's fitness and wellness community
  • Experience with marketplace or multi-location business models
  • Knowledge of fitness industry economics and competitive landscape
  • Experience competing against or working with ClassPass, Mindbody, or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated thought leadership through speaking or writing
