Are you ready to join us and shine brighter in the industry’s most exciting rocket-ship? 🚀 What you will do In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with key technology partners, primarily property management systems. You will handle everything from commercial negotiations and contract closing to coordinating integrations and driving product adoption with internal teams. This is a dynamic position where you will manage a global portfolio of partners with a focus on the North American market. Where you will have impact Coordinate with new and existing partners to manage integrations and define strategic roadmaps. Drive the adoption of our integrated products by working closely with partners and internal stakeholders across marketing, product, engineering, and sales. Manage the full commercial lifecycle of partnerships, including complex negotiations, contract closing, and discussions around commercials and incentives. Nurture and grow existing partner relationships through regular check-ins, QBRs, and proactive issue resolution. Identify and onboard new strategic partners to expand our ecosystem and unlock new revenue opportunities. Leverage AI tools to automate reporting and create deliverables that provide clear insights on partnership performance to leadership. Manage a global portfolio of accounts, acting as the key point of contact for partners who may be based in the US or internationally. We're a small team, with teammates located across Europe and the US, creating a truly international and collaborative environment. Our team is responsible for building and managing the critical technology partnerships that are essential to Lighthouse's success. We work hand-in-hand with sales, product, and marketing to ensure our partner ecosystem is thriving and driving value for our customers.
