We pride ourselves on our knowledgeable staff and our commitment to the motorsport's community. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Parts, Accessory, and Clothing Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for motorsports and a strong desire to provide outstanding service to our customers. This role involves assisting customers in selecting and purchasing the right parts, accessories, and apparel to enhance their riding experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the motorsports or automotive industry.
  • Strong Knowledge of powersports, and related parts and accessories.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
  • Passion for motorsports and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide expert advice on parts, accessories, and clothing to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
  • Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions and product knowledge workshops.
  • Assist Customers with scheduling their service and picking up their vehicles when completed
