Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in identifying and obtaining the correct parts and accessories.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times, both in-person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash management.
  • Cashier out all invoices with the correct method of payment
  • Balance cash drawer and credit card machines at the end of the night.
  • Learn the tools necessary to have full understanding of the products sold in the store
  • Maintain organized inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and display products appealingly.
  • Utilize catalog systems and online databases to research and locate parts for inquiries.
  • Manage special orders, ensuring customers are notified when their parts arrive.
  • Participate in showroom maintenance and keep products clean and organized.
  • Assist technicians with parts for their jobs as well as ordering parts when needed
  • Collaborate with service technicians to ensure prompt parts assignment for service orders.
  • Perform cycle counts and monitor inventory
  • Assist with shipping and receiving tasks
  • Participate with all other team tasks
