Responsibilities

Assist customers in identifying and obtaining the correct parts and accessories.
Provide excellent customer service at all times, both in-person, over the phone, and via email.
Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash management.
Cashier out all invoices with the correct method of payment
Balance cash drawer and credit card machines at the end of the night.
Learn the tools necessary to have full understanding of the products sold in the store
Maintain organized inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and display products appealingly.
Utilize catalog systems and online databases to research and locate parts for inquiries.
Manage special orders, ensuring customers are notified when their parts arrive.
Participate in showroom maintenance and keep products clean and organized.
Assist technicians with parts for their jobs as well as ordering parts when needed
Collaborate with service technicians to ensure prompt parts assignment for service orders.
Perform cycle counts and monitor inventory
Assist with shipping and receiving tasks
Participate with all other team tasks
