About The Position

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as a key connection between our service department, wholesale accounts, and retail customers by researching, quoting, and processing parts efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering great service.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Parts Advisor or in an automotive dealership/aftermarket setting preferred
• Knowledge of automotive parts and systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Basic computer proficiency with inventory/order management systems
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in pricing, invoicing, and stock control

Responsibilities

• Research and quote parts for internal service technicians, wholesale accounts, and walk-in customers
• Maintain accurate bin locations and a reliable stocking system for quick access to parts
• Handle invoicing, cashier responsibilities, and payment processing with accuracy
• Ensure proper pricing, maintain expected gross margins, and monitor part availability
• Collaborate with the Parts Warehouse Logistics Assistant to coordinate deliveries and stock flow
• Provide friendly, professional service while assisting customers with parts-related needs
