About The Position

Parts Clerk Papillion Sanitation – A Waste Connections Company Location: Bellevue, Nebraska Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–7:00 PM Papillion Sanitation, a proud member of the Waste Connections family, is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Parts Clerk to support our fleet operations at our brand‑new Bellevue facility. What You’ll Do As a Parts Clerk, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our shop has the parts and supplies needed to operate efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in inventory management, parts, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and vendors

Responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting, and verifying all incoming parts and materials
• Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date inventory records
• Assisting with ordering, restocking, and tracking parts usage
• Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
• Organizing and maintaining a clean, efficient parts and storage area
• Supporting shop staff with parts-related needs as they arise
