About The Position

Empire Truck Sales, LLC is one of the leading Freightliner and Western Star heavy truck dealerships in the Southeast. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking Inside, Back Parts Counter Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist retail customers with commercial vehicle parts sales, delivering excellent service and product knowledge in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Strong work ethic and a customer-first mindset
• Basic proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based applications
• Self-motivated with the ability to build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively within a team environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive motions as required

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with automotive or commercial truck parts is preferred
• Previous forklift experience is preferred
• Aftermarket parts experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Parts and sales support to retail customers
• Participate in company training programs for career development
• Assist with other parts initiatives as needed
• Pull and stage parts as needed
