Requirements

  • Automotive dealership parts experience strongly preferred, REQUIRED for Management
  • Strong knowledge of parts systems & inventory control
  • Team-oriented with a drive to grow
  • Leadership mindset (for management roles)
  • Organized, dependable, and customer-focused

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop parts team operations
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and profitability
  • Drive wholesale and retail parts growth
  • Ensure excellent service to internal & external customers
  • Assist technicians and customers with parts needs
  • Process orders, returns, and inventory lookups
  • Maintain strong organization and accuracy
  • Deliver fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service
