About The Position
Parts Manager - $40k-$60k 2+ years of parts department experience in RV, automotive, heavy equipment, marine, or powersports environments Prior experience as a Parts Manager, Lead Parts Advisor, or Senior Parts Specialist Strong knowledge of inventory control, ordering, receiving, and vendor management Experience supporting a busy service department and working closely with technicians Comfortable managing pricing, margins, and department organization Leadership experience or readiness to coach and develop a small team This position is a great next step for a high-performing Parts Advisor ready to move into leadership, or an experienced Parts Manager looking for a stable company with growth opportunities.
Requirements
