About The Position

Ensure our RVs and lot are clean, organized, and customer-ready while supporting both detailing and lot operations. This role plays a vital part in delivering a great first impression and keeping our dealership running smoothly.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive, RV, detailing, lot attendant, or dealership support experience is preferred, but dependable, hands-on professionals with warehouse, landscaping, car wash, or general labor backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• This position is a great fit for individuals with backgrounds in automotive detailing, dealership lot services, warehouse operations, car washes, maintenance, or other hands-on labor roles, as well as those looking to grow within a dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean, wash, wax, and detail RV interiors and exteriors to showroom standards
• Safely move RVs across the lot or into service bays using forklifts or tow vehicles
• Use a forklift to position RVs in display areas and prepare units for delivery
• Maintain lot organization, cleanliness, and overall presentation at all times
• Assist sales and service teams with vehicle staging, customer deliveries, and event setup
• Perform basic inspections and report any damages or concerns
