Parts & Service Team Member (Marine & Powersports)
About The Position
Parts & Service Team Member (Marine & Powersports) Full-Time | $18–$25/hour Rochester, MN Enjoy working around boats, side-by-sides, ATVs, motorcycles, and powersports equipment? Join River Valley Power & Sport and River Valley Marine as a Parts & Service Team Member and help keep our stores running smoothly. This is a hands-on, day-to-day role focused on ordering, receiving, stocking, and managing parts—plus helping customers with basic parts needs. You’ll also spend time on the phone assisting customers, so a friendly, customer-facing personality is a must. No high-pressure sales required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in parts, warehouse, or inventory preferred but not required
- Comfortable lifting and moving parts and boxes
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Friendly, customer-facing personality
- Basic computer skills for order processing
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Receive and unload parts shipments
- Stock and organize inventory
- Process parts orders and payments
- Assist customers in-person and over the phone with parts lookup and basic questions
- Keep the parts department clean and organized
- Support Saturday coverage (weekday off provided)
- Help service team with parts as needed
