About The Position

Acura of Peabody, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is seeking a dependable and friendly full-time Parts Shipper/Receiver to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work in a positive, team-oriented environment with strong growth potential and excellent benefits. Schedule: Monday–Saturday with one weekday off Pay Rate: $21-$22/hr. based on experience

Requirements

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Minimum of 18 years old

Nice To Haves

Strong communication skills with a positive and professional demeanor
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. safely
Reliable with a strong ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Fluent in English & Spanish
DealerTrack knowledge is a plus
Prior Hazardous shipping experience is a plus but not required; will train
Experienced with online sales a plus

Responsibilities

Receive, stage, and organize daily parts orders efficiently
Stock parts in designated areas and maintain a tidy workspace
Assist in processing orders and navigating the parts catalog
Assist customers at the parts counter
Handle incoming and outgoing packages, including tires (FEDEX, UPS)
Participate in weekly inventory counts to ensure accuracy
Prepare and load parts for delivery
Support the parts manager and provide backup for delivery drivers when required
Interact with vendors and customers in a professional manner
Other tasks assigned by the manager
