Join the Pape’ Team! As our Warehouse Person, you’ll wear many different hats and serve as a key support partner to the Parts Department. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where flexibility and teamwork are essential. You’ll help strengthen and develop support functions within the department while keeping daily operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a team-focused environment. Your adaptability, reliability, and willingness to step in wherever needed will directly contribute to the success of the department and the satisfaction of our customers.

Requirements

A team-first, positive attitude
A valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Ability to frequently lift and move up to 75 lbs.
Willingness to learn (forklift training provided).

Responsibilities

Pulling, packing, shipping, and receiving parts accurately and efficiently.
Putting away stock orders and maintaining accurate inventory flow
Serving as a backup Tire Technician, including pressing tires, picking tire orders, and putting stock away.
Visiting customer locations as needed to support parts or tire-related needs.
Operating a forklift (training provided).
