Join the Pape’ Team! WHAT YOU’LL DO: As our Warehouse Person, you’ll wear many different hats and serve as a key support partner to the Parts Department. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where flexibility and teamwork are essential. You’ll help strengthen and develop support functions within the department while keeping daily operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Pulling, packing, shipping, and receiving parts accurately and efficiently. Putting away stock orders and maintaining accurate inventory flow Serving as a backup Tire Technician, including pressing tires, picking tire orders, and putting stock away. Visiting customer locations as needed to support parts or tire-related needs. Operating a forklift (training provided). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a team-focused environment. Your adaptability, reliability, and willingness to step in wherever needed will directly contribute to the success of the department and the satisfaction of our customers.
Requirements
- A team-first, positive attitude
- A valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 75 lbs.
- Willingness to learn (forklift training provided).
