Requirements

Friendly and professional demeanor
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized and comfortable working with computers
Ability to multitask in a busy orthodontic office
Willingness to learn the business of orthodontics
A team player who enjoys creating a great experience for patient
Dental or orthodontic experience is helpful, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important

Responsibilities

Scheduling appointments for both new and existing patients in person and over the phone
Greeting and assisting patients and families as they arrive
Managing front office communications and patient inquiries
Taking payments and entering patient information into the system
Supporting appointment coordination and office workflow
Assisting with various front office communications and administrative tasks
Helping maintain the positive, welcoming atmosphere our patients love
