We are a premier, cash-based practice helping active adults (ages 40–70) stay active without surgery or rushed, insurance-driven care. We are looking for a Sales Professional who talks with conviction, hunts for the "yes," and takes immense pride in a perfectly organized CRM. You don't "keep details in your head"—you move leads through our CRM and EMR with 100% accuracy. Tech-Savvy: You can fly through GSuite, RingCentral, and lead-tracking software without breaking a sweat.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion: Own the "Speed to Lead." Call, text, and email warm inquiries to book 50+ qualified evaluations per month.
  • Master the Funnel: Manage the entire lead lifecycle. If a conversation isn't documented in our CRM, it didn't happen. Accuracy is your primary KPI.
  • Relationship-Based Sales: Conduct discovery calls to uncover emotional drivers and help patients choose our premium care over traditional "mills."
