About The Position
Noble Community Clinics is seeking a Patient Support Supervisor to lead referral and prior authorization operations across our locations. Join a mission-driven FQHC dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality care across Wisconsin.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Associate/Bachelor’s preferred
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with insurance verification, prior authorizationss, and denials
- Knowledge of Medicaid/Marketplace enrollment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- CAC certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year)
- CPR certification required
Nice To Haves
- Associate/Bachelor’s preferred

Responsibilities
- Oversee prior authorization and referral operations
- Supervise Authorization Coordinators and Referral Specialists
- Monitor KPIs, reduce denials, and improve workflows
- Support patient navigation and address concerns
- Travel to clinic locations as needed
