The EU Pay Transparency Directive lands in 2026. Every company with 100+ employees will need to report on pay equity — and most aren't ready. That's where we come in. beqom's PayAnalytics platform is the tool companies use to understand, analyse, and close their pay gaps. We need a Product Owner to take ownership of its roadmap and make it even more powerful, intuitive, and impactful. This isn't your typical PO role. You'll need to be comfortable with statistics and regression modelling, and have the product instinct to turn complex analytical outputs into something a Head of Reward can use without a PhD.
