About The Position

Job Title: Payment Consultant Job Location: Pittsburgh, PA Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree (MBA or MS in Finance preferred). 10–15+ years of experience in Treasury Management, Payment Services, or Cash Management. Prior experience at top-tier U.S. banks (e.g., JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Citi, Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank). Strong client-facing consulting and advisory experience. Experience in payments consulting, solution architecture, or pre-sales within banking or fintech environments. Core Competencies & Domain Knowledge Payment Rails: ACH, Fedwire, CHIPS, SWIFT, RTP®, FedNow®, Card Networks Messaging Standards: ISO 20022, SWIFT MT/MX, NACHA, EDI Treasury Products: Cash Management, Liquidity, Lockbox, Positive Pay, Integrated Receivables Integration: APIs, Host-to-Host, ERP Integration, SFTP, SWIFT Compliance & Risk: BSA/AML, OFAC, Fraud & Sanctions Screening Digital Payments: Open Banking, Embedded Payments, ISO 20022 Migration Behavioral Competencies Strategic and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Adaptability to evolving payment technologies and regulatory changes Strong leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in Treasury Management, Payment Services, or Cash Management
• Prior experience at top-tier U.S. banks (e.g., JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Citi, Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank)

• Experience in payments consulting, solution architecture, or pre-sales within banking or fintech environments
• Payment Rails: ACH, Fedwire, CHIPS, SWIFT, RTP®, FedNow®, Card Networks
• Messaging Standards: ISO 20022, SWIFT MT/MX, NACHA, EDI
• Treasury Products: Cash Management, Liquidity, Lockbox, Positive Pay, Integrated Receivables
• Integration: APIs, Host-to-Host, ERP Integration, SFTP, SWIFT
• Compliance & Risk: BSA/AML, OFAC, Fraud & Sanctions Screening
• Digital Payments: Open Banking, Embedded Payments, ISO 20022 Migration
• Strategic and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Adaptability to evolving payment technologies and regulatory changes
