We're hiring a Payroll Administrator who enjoys owning the details, improving processes, and ensuring every employee is paid accurately and on time. The Payroll Administrator is responsible for processing weekly payroll for both union and non-union employees. This role manages timekeeping review, payroll changes, deductions, and pay distribution while maintaining strict confidentiality. You'll also assist with payroll-related vendor reconciliations and support union-related payroll payments. This role may also provide backup support for benefits administration tasks, including employee enrollments, eligibility verifications, deductions and coordination with benefits carriers as needed.
