Guided by our values of integrity, respect, and excellence, we are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate for the Payroll Administrator position is experienced in timely and accurate processing of bi-weekly payroll, including auditing timesheet and time off approvals, benefit deductions accuracy, manual checks, and special check runs. Audits payroll for accuracy, prepares reports for quarter/year-end, and processes personnel-related invoices. Ensures compliance with ERISA for retirement plans, tracks employee participation, conducts enrollment, and handles contributions/disbursements.
