The Payroll Analyst ensures the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of payroll and benefits data across the organization. This role is responsible for conducting payroll and benefits audits, validating employee records, managing system updates, reconciling benefit plans, and supporting biweekly payroll processing. The Payroll Analyst proactively identifies and resolves discrepancies, maintains compliance with federal and state regulations, and supports reporting, documentation, and process improvement initiatives. This position also serves as a backup for key payroll and benefits functions and collaborates closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure operational excellence.
