Requirements
- Proven experience in payroll and payroll processing.
- Familiarity with bi-monthly and weekly payroll cycles.
- Experience with payroll tax, deductions, and garnishments.
- Ability to reconcile payroll for at least 300 employees weekly.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Experience with multi-local payroll processing.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process daily manual payroll calculations.
- Handle corporate payroll adjustments on a weekly basis.
- Process payroll for at least 300 employees each week.
- Ensure accurate payroll tax calculations, deductions, and garnishments.
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
