About The Position

14462 – Payroll Systems Implementations Manager (hybrid) – Doral, FL Start Date: ASAP Type: Temp-to-Hire Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible conversion to direct hire. Work Setting: Hybrid. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration. Required: Payroll project management experience, with at least 3 years working directly with Dayforce/Lawson . (5+ years) Payroll Operations Experience. Experience managing payroll system implementations or large-scale process improvements. Experience with payroll regulations, compliance requirements, and reporting standards. Preferred: PMP or similar project management certification Responsibilities: Lead the planning and implementation of payroll projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management. Manage project resource allocation and coordinate the efforts of internal team members and third-party contractors. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular progress reports to stakeholders. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Why apply? Requirements
