Your Opportunity: Taylor DM Brands, formerly Amsterdam Print, is looking for a Maintenance PC Technician to join the on-site team in Amsterdam, NY! Requirements

  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures for both Windows and MacOS
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory
  • Ability to work independently and in team environment
  • Ability to work closely with users throughout a typical business day and the duration of larger projects
  • Associate degree or its equivalent and 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Jira Helpdesk software
  • Experience with layer 3 networking
  • Experience with Sales Force or similar work force optimization software
  • Experience with supporting IT remotely, in an office, and in a manufacturing/warehouse setting

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining, analysis, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
  • Documenting, maintaining, upgrading, or replacing hardware and software systems.
  • Supporting and maintaining user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.
  • User training and documentation.
  • Performs a variety of tasks including responding to service desk tickets, completing projects, preventative maintenance on various computer and phone systems.
  • Working with and maintaining good relationships with hardware and software vendors.
