About The Position

Titan Technologies, LLC (Titan) is seeking an experienced, self-directed, PC Technician to support the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) III contract. As a member of our team, you will help to assist USSOCOM, Service Component Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOC), and deployed forces in the delivery of a full spectrum of Information Technology (IT) services to operate and maintain information flow, communications, and connectivity globally. Job description: PC Technician must have excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as extensive experience with desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity. This position must be customer service-oriented and proactive in anticipating and resolving problems while maximizing efficient use of computing resources. The PC Technician may be required to provision and maintain mobile devices (NIPR, SIPR and Gray).

Requirements

  • Active DoD TS/SCI clearance – Must meet eligibility requirements for classified information.
  • DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Help Desk or PC Technician role.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and customer service skills.
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as Remedy and enterprise utilities (SCCM, Intune, McAfee, Hypori, etc.).
  • High School diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience, OR Associate’s degree with 4+ years, OR Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years, OR Master’s degree with 0+ years.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with secure communications environments and DoD/USSOCOM infrastructure.
  • Experience with VoIP telephony services (e.g., extension mobility, provisioning, secure keying).
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform setup, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, peripherals, and software in accordance with standard configurations.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues using enterprise tools such as SCCM, Intune, Forescout, and Remedy.
  • Support and maintain mobile devices, including NIPR, SIPR, and gray network provisioning.
  • Conduct application and data migrations during hardware/software upgrades or re-installations.
  • Manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) clients and verify compatibility with USSOCOM’s standard images.
  • Perform site surveys and assist with equipment installation, integration, and remote access configuration.
  • Lead and mentor junior technicians; communicate progress and technical updates to leadership.
  • Maintain and update asset and service records per government standards.
  • Provide daily technical support for end-user devices (desktop, laptop, mobile) across wired and wireless networks.
