Job Description This newly created senior role is responsible for managing and supporting the PCS leadership team in engaging effectively with enterprise processes, governance forums, and cross‑functional partners. The role ensures consistency, clarity, and strategic alignment across PCS communications, reporting, operating rhythms, and performance management. In addition to driving enterprise engagement, this role requires strong strategic problem‑solving capabilities—including structuring ambiguous problems, conducting diagnostic assessments, identifying root causes, and determining clear paths forward. Serving as a key point of coordination on behalf of the PCS business, this role interfaces with senior leaders and enterprise stakeholders and translates complex information into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences. The position requires strategic thinking, executive presence, and the ability to operate with influence across a broad set of internal partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise operations, business management, strategy, or a related leadership role within a complex organization.
  • Demonstrated success supporting senior leadership teams and engaging with executive‑level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise governance, risk, and reporting processes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for executive audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, operate across business rhythms, and influence without direct authority.
  • High level of judgment, discretion, and comfort working with sensitive and high‑visibility materials.
  • Proven strategic problem‑solving experience, including problem structuring, root-cause analysis, diagnostic assessment, hypothesis‑driven thinking, and developing actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the content strategy, preparation, and execution of PCS operating forums, including (but not limited to) leadership meetings, All Hands, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and Line of Business (LOB) reviews.
  • Ensure forums drive clear outcomes, alignment, and decision making, while advancing an integrated PCS communication strategy.
  • Partner with PCS leadership to shape messaging that is consistent, enterprise‑aligned, and impactful across audiences.
  • Apply structured problem‑solving to identify issues, assess root causes, and prepare leadership with options and recommendations for decision-making.
  • Lead development and management of PCS materials for the Management Committee (MC), Board‑level audiences, and other executive forums.
  • Manage and deploy Operating Leadership Team (OLT) reporting and oversee TTUS action planning across PCS.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting, analysis, and executive‑ready materials as requested by MC members or the CEO (e.g., synthesizing PCS implications of enterprise initiatives such as payments strategy or All Colleague communications).
  • Translate complex business, financial, and operational data into concise narratives and recommendations for senior leaders.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments to clarify problems, support framing of strategic questions, and articulate recommended paths forward.
  • Establish, monitor, and evolve key performance indicators (KPIs) to track PCS progress and outcomes.
  • Partner with Finance to validate financial impacts, benefits realization, and performance trends tied to PCS initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing insight into performance drivers, risks, and opportunities to support leadership decision‑making.
  • Identify patterns, diagnose performance gaps, and develop structured recommendations to address underlying issues or maximize opportunities.
