About The Position
The Beverage Cart / Server delivers drinks to guests out on the range and serves guests in the Pelican Grill. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and polite smile Take and enter orders from guests in a helpful and professional manner Deliver drink orders to guest out on the range Check orders before transport to ensure accuracy Ensure all orders are delivered timely and properly Assist with the set up and cleaning of the dining area as necessary Collect all forms of credit as it pertains to payment of bills Any and all other duties as assigned; duties are subject to change as management deems necessary to best serve the needs of Moody Gardens
Requirements
- Must obtain TABC & Food Handlers Certification prior to beginning work
- Must be reliable and responsible
- Ability to exhibit maturity in the workplace and have a cooperative attitude
- Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
- Ability to work outside delivering drinks often
