About The Position

Harvey Vogel Manufacturing Company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pemming & Assembly Operator to join our 2nd shift manufacturing team. This role supports the production of high-quality fabricated parts while upholding our safety, quality, and teamwork standards.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience required
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read blueprints and use calipers
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Nice To Haves

• Set-up experience preferred
• Familiarity with Haeger PEM machines, Epicor, or forklifts is a plus

Responsibilities

• PEM hardware insertion
• Assembly of fabricated metal parts
• Helicoil and rivet installation
• Part marking, stamping, sorting, and packaging
• Perform quality checks and inspections
• Accurately record production counts and data
• Use required computer systems
• Identify and report quality issues to Leads or Managers
