We are growing our People Business Partner team! As a People Business Partner Director, you will be the senior strategic advisor to the Chief Revenue Officer, VP-level leaders, and managers across Go-to-Market (GTM) functions. This senior individual contributor role is designed for an experienced operator who will shape the people strategy, translating business objectives into talent and organizational outcomes that drive growth, scale, and leadership effectiveness. Success in this role requires combining executive coaching, organizational design expertise, and strong business acumen. This position is ideal for someone comfortable operating at a strategic level with executive leadership while equally enjoying hands-on execution and building scalable systems in a rapidly scaling environment. The reality of this role We are still growing and evolving our internal infrastructure. Your success will be defined by your ability to balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution, executing and improving manual processes, and establish scalable foundations as the People function scales alongside the business.
